The picturesque market town of Kelso sits at the confluence of the world famous River Tweed and the lesser-known, but no less sublime, River Teviot.  The cobbled market square is dominated by the town hall, built in the French style with the abbey ruins and eighteenth century five-arch bridge also offering attractive vistas.  The town boasts a rich variety of independent retailers and regular events are held in the grounds of Floors Castle, home to the Duke of Roxburghe.

Secondary and Primary schools are within walking distance of our Kelso developments.  The Kelso Golf Club and the Kelso Ice Rink are within the town and prestigious Roxburghe Golf is 5 miles out of town.  Kelso also lays claim to the world’s friendliest racecourse, where meets are held throughout the year.  With many clubs and organised activities, Kelso is a vibrant community, welcoming to both young and old.
