All houses are designed to accommodate a third
bedroom with en-suite facilities within the attic
area. This is accessed from the first floor landing
via a winding stair to a gallery/computer area
and provides another level of comfort to the homeowner.
Both the gallery and bedroom are fitted with Velux
roof lights.
